Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 9a999 platform and all services operated under it. When you open an account on 9a999, log in, or use the platform in any way, you automatically agree to abide by every clause of these Terms.

9a999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

The terms "user", "member" or "you" in these Terms refer to any person registered on the 9a999 platform. "Platform" refers to both the 9a999 website and mobile application.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register as a member on 9a999 and participate in any betting or casino activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Opening an account or using the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

A valid date of birth must be provided at the time of account registration. 9a999 may request supporting documents for age verification at any time. Registering with false information will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and all balances may be forfeited.

Each person may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and 9a999 reserves the right to withhold the associated balances.

• All information provided must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Accounts may not be operated on behalf of a third party.
• No professional player advantages may be claimed unless specifically applicable to a given activity.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

An active mobile number and a valid email address must be provided when opening an account on 9a999. After registration, OTP verification must be completed on the provided mobile number.

Keeping your password confidential is your own responsibility. You must not share your password with or allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the 9a999 support team immediately.

3.1 Updating Contact Information

If your mobile number or email address changes, you must update it immediately from your profile settings. 9a999 will not be responsible for messages sent to outdated contact details.

3.2 Account Suspension

If there is a breach of Terms, suspicious activity or evidence of fraud, 9a999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, balance withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

Section 4

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount on 9a999 is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals can also be made through these methods.

Deposits and withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required. The payment must be made from the mobile number registered to the account at the time of the withdrawal request.

Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's number or account are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

• Ensure the correct amount for every transaction — correcting a transaction made with an incorrect amount may take additional time.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled while it is being processed.
• 9a999 reserves the right to verify any transaction to prevent money laundering.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The 9a999 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw a bonus after receiving it, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

Bonus funds are not cash — they may only be used as betting credits and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Any attempt to misuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in those accounts being closed.

Each bonus offer has its own terms. Unused bonuses will be cancelled once their expiry period has passed. Members under the VIP programme receive weekly cashback, details of which are provided in the following section.

Section 6

VIP Programme and Cashback

The 9a999 VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier earns weekly cashback based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Higher tiers can be reached through regular betting activity.

Section 7

Betting and Gaming Rules

Before taking part in any betting or gaming activity on 9a999, the specific rules of each game or betting market must be read carefully. 9a999 reserves the right to void any announced bet due to a system error or technical issue.

Before placing each bet, ensure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though a cash-out feature may be available in certain games.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Coordinated betting (arbitrage) for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Attempting to make risk-free profit by betting on opposing outcomes in the same event
• Automated betting using software, bots or scripts
• Attempting to manipulate or dishonestly influence game outcomes
• Accessing another member's account

7.2 Technical Errors

If a bet remains incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection or any other technical issue, 9a999 will make a decision after investigation. In such situations, 9a999's decision will be considered final.

Limitation of Liability

9a999 will not be liable for losses arising from technical issues on the platform, internet disconnections or the actions of third-party game providers. 9a999 does not accept liability for any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.

If any prize or win is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 9a999 reserves the right to adjust it in accordance with the correct calculation. In such cases, the platform's server records will be considered the final proof.

Amendment and Termination of Terms

9a999 may change any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to send a notice to the registered email or mobile number; however, you are advised to check the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page regularly.

A user may request account closure at any time. An opportunity to withdraw the verified balance will be given before the account is closed, unless forfeiture applies due to a breach of Terms.
